Well Friday snuck up on us from the same shadows that have been keeping Shaela lately, just before she disappeared. As a matter of fact, a lot of the original cast of A Lady’s Prerogative just suddenly vanished, and I’ve been having the most difficult time trying to find them, in case you noticed the sudden slowdown of content here.

The truth is that I can’t blame them for that, but I’m sure they’ll turn up if you keep looking for them on the web site, especially in those notoriously circumspect links that seem somehow “out of place” or “out of time”.

Rather than waste more time on something that was turning up little in the form of progress, I thought I’d pay a visit to my good friend Helayne Ying at West Meet East International to see how things are going. The West Meet East building in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is located in the same place where the bar Crocodile Rock [on blog-TO] used to be located, on Duncan Street and Adelaide Street West.

Helayne Ying had since bought the property and two neighbouring units to convert them into her fashion studio and offices West Meet East International, to promote her world famous fashion brand, and to host other famous and prestigious creators and artists from around the world in her fashion show ballroom.

When I got there she just happened to be working on a few costume ideas for a what appeared to be an upcoming cosplay show. I mean, why would a fashion designer integrate real bullet proof dragon scale body armour into a costume? You know how obsessive artists can be with their attention to detail.

Anyway, I noticed that she seemed a little flustered, so I did my best to encourage her, hoping that for a moment that she might take a step back, and gain some perspective from a moment’s pause. Sometimes we lose sight of the things we spend far too long focusing upon and after carefully considering this idea myself, I decided that the best way to demonstrate such an idea was to put it into action myself and in regard to my own efforts.

Don’t get me wrong, there will be more legacy content pushed forward very, very soon on Shhhh! Digital Media and a lot of new content as well, but in order to maintain that momentum, its time to stop and take a moment’s break. I only hope that I can convince Helayne of the same. Maybe if I mention that there’s a great little restaurant that just opened around the corner and that I managed to get a table for two during prime time, I might be able to convince her to pause and take a break.

I’ll be back very soon, with a push forward over this weekend and certainly on Monday August 10, 2026, not to mention when I find the rest of the Sanctum frontliners, I’ll be sure to remind them that there are a lot of people interested in finding out what’s going on in their lives and at the legacy Sanctum. I’d recommend that you keep looking. You have a much better chance of finding them. Also, I’ve booked the movers, and they’ll be making an appearance by next week in Grand Tapestry of Moments 4 as announced earlier in the week.

Anyway, Helayne and I have to go if we’re going to make it for dinner. Afterwards, we’ll be meeting Aikiko, Monique, Myung, Zheng, Sylvia, Ms. Huệ Vân, Wendy, Bryce and Doctor Briggs for a movie.

See you soon!
